Has anyone gotten a letter requesting 8962?

I got a letter stating I forgot to include my 1095 for Healthcare credits. I reconciled it and faxed in the info at the beginning of the week and now just waiting. WMR has said one bar with no errors all along. Letter said it will take six to eight weeks to get refund! has anyone been through this last year or this year? does it really take six to eight weeks?? For the prior four years I have gotten my refund in less than a week. This year I am out of work and totally depended on it and now I am straight screwed. Can someone please tell Murphy to take his law and shove it somewhere dark and musty?

I faxed over my 8962 and 1095 on March 11th. Called today and they dont even have record of receiving it. I have to call back Friday, and if nothing, I have to REFAX. Im SO angry. :(

I originally filed and was accepted on 1/29. What a process.

I faxed last Tuesday but there is no way to confirm they got it. I called the IRS rep said she can’t even look into my account to see if its been processed until the original 21 days since I filed is up which is on the 10th. Meanwhile, still at 1 bar on WMR and can’t order transcripts or anything.

I got the letter too. I’ve never heard of this market place healthcare. I called their 24 hr hotline and they hv no record of me either. I was depending on the refund too so now I’m getting evicted on the 10th. I hv nothing to fax so this could very well tk 6wks.

I got the letter on Monday. Mine did not have a fax number so I sent it 2day mail and it was signed for Wed morning. Hoping it will take a week to get put in the system and update but who knows……..
