      I usually use turbo tax but this year tried h and r. I filed on 1/14 . My tax person said ohio wasn’t excepting e file for state returns yet. I know this can’t be true. Every time I’ve called I basically don’t get an answer. Can anyone lead me in the direction of what I should do ? I assume I shouldn’t re file ?! Many people I know have already received their state refund !

          Filed our Ohio on 2/2
          Released for deposit on 2/7
          Was in bank account this morning.

            My tax lady told me not to re file so I’m trying to wait it out but I’ve never had this issue before! I usually get my state weeks before my federal ! Disappointment lol

                I’m in Ohio and had the same message with Jackson Hewitt up until Jan 31st. Then it let me e-file my state. On 2/8 I had to refill because it said my state return didn’t go through the first time. JH said it was some sort of glitch. I refined on the 8th, accepted the 8th, and my state refund was released for deposit on the 9th. Still waiting for the deposit tbough.
