My returns were finally accepted this afternoon. I was on the phone with them and the IRS for nearly three hours this morning. IRS said they never received them. HRB finally said it was their system. I asked for a refund on fees and filed a claim. SOOO frustrated and angry.
How did you go about asking for a refund. I am beyond annoyed and now I am not even able to use HR Block to e-file my state return!

Just got notification that fed return has been accepted — WMR has one bar. Still won’t let me e-file my state return though.

Go to H&R Block on Facebook, they acknowledged they experienced technical difficulties yesterday but claim everything is working now.
“Hello, I am aware that yesterday there were some technical issues but today everything is up and running again. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you -EG“—- this was their answer to someone complaining about the same thing.

I filed on Sunday. Received the standard taxes submitted via e-file email from H&R Block.
I know the IRS opened officially on Monday. Usually I file the night prior and I get accepted opening day. It’s been over 24hrs and the IRS where’s my refund states they haven’t received it as of today 1/28.
I checked H&R Block’s Facebook, multiple people are stating the same thing happen to them. Most of the people are complaining about in store experience or advancements. I did see H&R reps state there is a problem and they are working on it.
I did the online chat for help, got the wait 48 hrs crap.
Please update if you see any movement

I filed yesterday and it’s also still pending (transmitted. I did not do any ARL just the same taxes I do every year with no changes. No EIC or ACTC. I’ve been on the phone with HRB and they swear it’s the irs….. I’m concerned their system had a glitch. Generally it’s accepted within a few minutes.

When did you file?
I filed with HRB on Sunday — had a transmission error and filed again yesterday morning at 10:30 and am still in pending status.
