      Omg this bank is terrible. The customer service is absurd because they’re isn’t any. Anyone else having issues getting their refunds into their green dot accounts???
      My DD was today I called and confirmed with IRS they said they sent it yesterday to the bank. Green dot isn’t helping me at all when I say they’re literally telling me nothing and saying there’s nothing they can do.

          JC yes I did have fees taken out. I didn’t pay upfront. I’m fine if that’s delaying it but I’d like to be informed. They’re just like we don’t have any information.
          I’m glad you got your money. They claim they make deposits 34 hours a day so at this point all I can do is keep checking. IRS can trace it starting Monday if I still haven’t received anything.

            I got mine this morning trough a green dot card. Did you have fees taken out? I think maybe that is delaying some people’s deposits to their cards.
