Just got off the phone with emerald card was told that my refund should have hit today.. but is was impacted by the PATH ACT… Told to call the IRS, for more updates..

However, my bank is a credit union and my return is pending with a clear date of 2/22.

Can anyone answer this? I filed with Hand R Block 1/13/17 EITC, Got accepted 1/17/2017 got the path message 2/06/17 that fell off today 2/16/2017 and I got the message ” your return has been received and is being processed.” Can’t pull transcript as I have no credit card, loans out etc.. so That is all I have, nothing else no money, no projected date… still waiting for it to be deposited on my emerald card .. H and R Block website has nothing pending in my account.. So I’m on the boat with everyone else.. HELP! FUSTRATED! DATES ARE EVERY WHERE 15TH, 16TH, 18TH THE 27TH, THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF MARCH!!! I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE, I will also keep you updated..

I have called the irs 2x and both times the rep gave a generic message. 1st time said to wait my 21 days and call back on the 22nd day if there’s no update. 2nd time the rep said that wmr will not be updating until feb 18th. No help. No ddd. Nothing.

I do however have both my account and return transcripts (I was able to order them 2/7 and I filed 1/31 also accepted 1/31)
My account transcript has a processing date of 2/20 and my cycle is 20170505

Is the processing date the same date as expected dd?

I called the IRS. No luck. So I called the bank and was told I had a pending deposit date of 2/22. I filed 2/1 and accepted the same day. I have both credits.

I just called again and spoke with a very professional yet polite rep named Miss McKiever. Told her that I was calling to check my status. She did ask when I filed and if I claimed either the EIC and/or ACTC. I told her that I filed and was accepted 1/25 and that I have EIC. She looked my return up, verified all my info and she advised that my DDD was 2/22. Just wanted to share. Good luck everyone!!

Don’t waste your time with this. People have blown up the phone now they’re giving a generic 27th blah blah. My lady was nice enough to dig into my account. No worries , no dd yet. Still sitting in line for refund release. There are millions. From searching info I’m seeing dd for 2/22 and 2/23. Oh and 2/17, they’re seeing deposits today. There is no specific order, cycle dates are all over the place.

I was able to order them both fairly early so I’m wondering if now maybe I’ll have the 846 code. I tried to order them again today but it said because I already requested them within the last 2 weeks I must wait to order again.

I called the irs and the representative gave me some generic message and was no help at all. However I checked my mail right after to find my account transcript that I ordered.

I just got off the phone with them and per Ms. Davis they wouldnt be releasing refunds if you have the credits until after the 27th.

I just called that number and extension. Spoke with Miss Long, she pulled mine up but automatically said that because I have EIC it will be the week of the 27th. She wouldn’t give any other info. I filed and accepted 1/25. Ordered transcripts 1/28 and PATH the same day. So not everyone there is giving out specific info, ist generic info.

Don’t bother calling this number if it hasn’t yet been 21 days since you filed your return electronically. I waited 45 minutes to be simply told to check thr wmr site until after a full 21 days has passed because until then, they cannot even access your information.

Interesting so i just called IRS and got a really nice lady who confirmed they are not reprocessing returns. But she also stated that my refund had not yet been released. She gave generic week of 27th answer. She stated that she did not yet see a DDD for me. I also filed and was accepted 1/25 so i have no idea what order they are moving in lol

Its extension 652 @finallyyyyyy glad u got ur DDD!!. i just called and said i need the status of my r efund.. long as its been past 21 days i beleive they have to tell u

Yes you need an extension otherwise you’ll get the generic message.
