      I have a student loan that is deferred from Great Lakes. The account number the representative gave me was wrong and won’t let me log in to see my transcripts. A few others in a facebook group I’m in, have Great Lakes and theirs works.

      Is there a specific number they were supposed to give me and they gave me the wrong one? I said the tax number but it was short. Or is it not working because it’s deferred? I mailed transcripts 10 days ago but haven’t gotten them yet. I don’t want to call and ask for a fax ugh. Any suggestions if you have Great Lakes

          Did you create an account on their website, It will show you your account number there. However that account number will not work for verification.

          They are looking for student loan account numbers still being serviced by the GOV

            I have great lakes as well. I emailed then for the specific account number for the IRS and it still doesn’t work.

            All I can do is hope my bars update tomorrow with a DDD since I can’t view my transcripts online.

            I filed and was accepted on the 31st. I’m really hoping I’ll be in this batch.
