Same as the rest of you. Green Dot has my tax returns and my stimulus money but my balance still says zero. I call and call and noone ever answers. Some customer service. Made a complaint at better business. What a way to treat people during a pandemic . I need my money!!

My account says April 29th as well and nothing from the IRS or raggedy ass Go Bank yet! Go bank claims they release funds as they become available. Yet, I see no pending transactions. There’s no way to speak to real associates because everything is automated. Has anyone heard anything yet? It’s now MAY 5th!!

i talked to someone today and they say they have not received these payments yet and cant tell me anything for something they do not have with out a 15 digit tracking number from the irs! also if you owe the federal TOP program they are taking it before it gets to green dot, as is most states child support system if you owe

I have a dateosit date for my Green Dot account. I still have not received that deposit. I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Has anyone looked into hiring a lawyer for withheld the funds and damages? I believe this would be a massive civil claim against Greendot bank.

But the IRS portal before we get my payment state that the deposit was scheduled to be made to my go bank account on April 29th, it is now May 2nd and I still have no activity on my go bank. I can’t get ahold of anyone at GoBank because it is all automated every option I try is an automated system through their phones. Does anybody have any similar situation

Also…I guess if you put your DD info Into “get my payment “ before TuesdayS at noon…the payment date is supposed to update the following Saturday…

So maybe if I check tomorrow, it will reflect the gobank alert…

GoBank sent me a mobile alert stating my $2900 would post on May 6.

IRS Get My Payment has yet to reflect this…

Not sure why they areN’t making it instantly available like 99% of all other deposits… :/

I have had green dot for 5 years… I did a refund advance through turbo tax so on 4/15 I updated my payment info to my green dot – finally got a deposit date of 4/30.. it’s May 1 1:36 pm and nothing has hit/nothing pending. I feel better that I’m not the only one because I was a little worried I may have mistyped a # on my DD info. Anyone with Green Dot 4/30 deposit date have stimulus yet ?

Irs said dep on 29th to my green dot card. Its been 3 days and no show. I call green dot automated line it say no direct dep info on file no way to talk to real person. Irs say talk to bank bank say talk to irs.. idk what to do.

I had the IRs all set to direct deposit, listed my gobank, then poof, switched to mail. Said something about a limit of the humber of direct deposits per bank. So if I mobile deposit the paper check, how long does that take?

What really agitates the sh*t out of me is I can call Vudu customer support(and various others) but I cant reach the IRS or my bank. I’ve emailed them too and still no response. WTF is going on?!

For those of you that finally did get your money, how many days after the IRS site said it was deposited, did it take. The fact that I can’t even get a human or even an AI on the phone right NOW, is maddening. I dont mind a long wait time, but at least give me the option of a customer service rep.

The irs portal has been saying my stimulus would be deposited into my Amex account ON APRIL 22. Well it’s now 11pm on 4/22/20 and there isn’t anything in that account! GOBANK: I have my stimulus check and my paycheck posted today and now i can’t even get into my account. I’m about sick of this card.
