SPECULATION: Just pulled this from the WebCE site

I would like to assume that this means if you filed prior to Feb 5 and have the “is being processed” message that you will likely see an update by Saturday with DDD of Monday Feb 25. OR Better yet- updates on 23rd and shows 2/22 and we already have it like previous years!!!!!

Every year I file the same credits and dependents except this year my oldest son i am not claiming…last year I had a DDD of 2/22/18 and received my refund on 2/21/18 @ 6:37pm central time and had a processing date of 2/25/18….so I think I will get my deposit on this Thiuraday if I use last years Transcripts as a deciding factor…this year I have a processing date of 2/26/19 no DDD as of yet so I think I will get it 4 days before my processing date but 1 day before my DD date which will be this Thursday which is also my paydate……Does that sound logical to anyone???

Every year I have received my refund before wmr updated. Not once has it been accurate so here’s to hoping that’s the case again this year because this “being processed” limbo is for the birds!

Mike, opposite for me. I have never had a deposit before my WMR updated. Weird, I see from other posts that a lot of people have it go either way.

I’m not PATH, but always received my refund before WMR updated. I feel its a useless tool that is active to cut back on direct phone inquiries; my two cents.

Yes it most definitely is the NOT Knowing. Even if money is super tight at least with a date then u know how long u have to make what u have stretch to and what not. I would completely be okay with 2/25 or 2/27. Just would like to know if that’s what I’m looking at. Lol

I think the majority of the folks on here would be okay with receiving their money by 2/25 or heck even 2/27. The thing that I think is bugging people the most is the NOT KNOWING. Some people have had nightmare situations and had their refund held up for months. I think most of us will have ours by the end of Feb, it’s just the UNCERTAINTY in the meantime.
Also, it’s kind of annoying they update some people that filed after others.
I’m usually always in the last batch but I still always get annoyed or nervous or whatever. I’m not hurting for money either, but I do know some folks on here are.
