Been trying to register for online transcripts for weeks. GPS through everything till after code they send to email. It has me put in all my info. And then goes to next page and say tryagain later techinal difficulties. Ordered on line but has had 570 hold. Tired of calling to see if it is lifted. Got a tax advocates that is going to call me Monday. But want to see for myself since all theses other people are seeing there hold lifted online

I can only get mine by mail , it keeps telling me my address is wrong which it’s not but I can’t even make a account to register .. I just ordered them again u have to go on irs.gov and at the top towards the right it says forms , after u click on it , it’ll say get transcripts there’s a return one and an account one but I believe only the account one has the codes .. I filed the 29 of feb and I’m still waiting

I was told that when your return has been kicked out of the system that your transcripts aren’t going to show anything significant. If you have an advocate and they said they are calling Monday then they will call you Monday. They can see exactly what is going on with your case and can contact the IRS department that has your return directly. Once they contact the IRS they have a set amount of time to respond. I think it is 3 days. Waiting stinks, I know, but the advocate is going to be able to give you more answers on Monday than the IRS run around will give you.
