      I called to get an advocate on Friday and was put on hold for 3 hours and hung up on. I decided to fax the 911 form in and did so that afternoon. How long has it been taking people to get calls after faxing the form in? I wanted to know how long I should wait before refaxing or something.

          It takes about a week for them to get back to you. I spoke to one, but wasn’t yet eligible because my 28 day time period for eligibility hadn’t come yet. I filed 2/3ish, but they didn’t accept it for a couple of days apparently.. best to you in this endeavor ! Have your W2’s and paycheck stubs ready as a just in case if you can.
