Get Ready For DD Tonight

Mark my words, by tomorrow…
Most of us who have been waiting for weeks with to receive our tax refund will receive a DDD tonight. The Money should hit by saturday If you have a prepaid card. I called upto the IRS today and the man told me that the government shutdown caused them to be a few days behind but they are catching up and if youve been already waiting 2 weeks, you will see A DDD by tomorrow morning. Those with PATH act will be delayed only slightly more . PATIENCE just a few more days or even hours for some of us.

I was a Pather last year as well I always claim EIC and this year the other child credit and I had a direct deposit date of like 20 something and I got my refund days before and had my fees taken out and sent to SBTPG, so it’s very possible to get it before the date they say is your DDD….

@Stephie21, I did. Pin coming in the mail to verify re-registry, hoping i don’t need it.

And guys DDD = Direct Deposit Date.

Relax. Some of us who have been stuck on 1 bar for 2 weeks would love a DDD, but learn the difference between a DD and a DDD before getting bent out of shape. 😉

We may be lucky enough to get an 846 code tomorrow with a 2/21 date but that’s about it. Most of us wont see actual funds until after Monday’s holiday.

@Blackwood Did you change your number when you got prepaid phone, so number is different than your file? I’m just asking because I have prepaid phone and I can verify with it to view transcript (my prepaid phone number is the number on file)

Man I hope so. Can’t see my transcripts this year due to prepaid phone. Filed and accepted 1/31.
