GA State Refund

So when I first checked my status it asked me to call GA Tax Center, which I did. They asked me my name and address and said that was all they needed. The next day it asked me to call them again except go to option 3, I did that as well. They asked me my name, number, tax year, and how much I am supposed to get back. Then she told me to expect my refund within 30 days. I’ve seen a lot of people talk about the “option 3” on here so I wanted to let everyone know my experience with it. Has anyone actually went through the same process and received their refund yet?

Just spoke with a young lady. She said that message is standard and if they need info they will send a letter which I know it’s true because that’s how they have done it in the past. She allow 30-45 days to process but it usually only takes 7-10. Hopes this helps someone.
