      There seems to be a problem with the forum software that’s causing omission of the Reply text field and Submit button in all new threads. Only threads that have at least one reply have the necessary page elements available to make a reply.

      I’m not affiliated with this website at all, I’m recommending that everyone find a relevant thread — there are hundreds available — and add replies there, until they can resolve whatever issue they’re having (but might not be aware of).
