      Has anyone had to file a 8962 form. Accepted 2/11 just received a letter to send in form 8962 for 1095-A. How long will I be waiting now for refund

          My 2020 taxes was accepted on 2/11/2021. I received a letter around the 26th of February for form 8962 needed to be faxed or mailed in. I faxed mine right back. It is now 8/18/2021 and I am still waiting for my refund. WMF still shows still being processed date will be provided when available. This is for the birds. I really need that money.

              @Traci Thank you so much!!! I left the letter at work and I think someone might have picked it up and thrown it out so I was panicking!!!!

                      I literally just got my 2019 refund last week after sending in 8962. I made a post in the 2020 forum for people in case they were still waiting this year. Mine took over a year to process because of covid.

                              I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I forgot this in 2019 and finally had to get a tax advocate at the end of 2019. Literally got that refund in Feb of 2020. :-| I hope they are much quicker for yours!
