Form 8962/ 1095-A question!

      Wanted to get some insight on this if anyone is able to help clarify before I call IRS tomorrow-

      Received NY state but have been waiting in fed since I filed in Jan. Received a letter asking for form 8962 and a copy of 1095-A except I did not have insurance through the state marketplace. I started a new job in feb and signed up for insurance within first couple months of working. I have to call IRS to tell them this info since they have incorrect information. any one have an idea why they would think I had insurance through state? I looked into my return and I only filled out info for work insurance so I don’t know why they would be under that imoression
