      Hi guys I had to file form 8862 for EIC this year, I filed on 1/18 accepted 1/19 . Will there be a hold on my refund? How long will it be delayed ?

          As you filed your form 8862, you must wait for your refund. The total time depends on the nature of your disallowance. The IRS will hold your tax refund to clarify the details.
