Forgot healthcare form :(

Filed 1/12 accepted 1/14 been hanging at 9001 code. Finally talked to a decent human today and after researching he said I will be getting a letter shortly asking for my healthcare form…. I forgot about entering it before submitting :( ugh. Anyone have experience w this? How long after faxing papers will they process??

Them and what I need to submit but they indicated there is a batch and reference code on the letter that I will need to send with it. Idk if I dare to send the forms without it. I hate this delay esp if the shutdown resumes…probably won’t see a dime for a long time

Happened to me last year. Faxed them the info that same day & got an update on my transcripts for a DDD the following week. They are gonna give you some generic line about it taking like 6 weeks but it doesn’t so don’t panic. Just fax it ASAP if I were you I would try and call back and find out exactly what letter they are sending we had a bunch of different threads last year with different letters the forms needed to send and the fax numbers to send it to. Once you find out exactly what letter it is go back to the 2018 find the corresponding letter for example c05 and read through it and send whatever you need off now before the letter even comes. 🤷‍♀️ That’s what I would do but I’m impatient lol
