For those who updated to Feb 2 mailed out date!!!

Thought it would be nice to start a new feed for us waiting for the stimulus to be mailed on February 2nd. Let’s see if the mail is as slow as the batch for January 6th was. Hoping not!! Was hoping to get a direct deposit but it looks like those who got a direct deposit the date was for this Friday January 29th and those that I guess couldn’t get their direct deposit information updated/over are getting sent a check or card even though the first stimulus was direct deposited fine.

My ID in Wisconsin showed that I am receiving my stimulus check today. So happy it is finally arriving.

Received an email from ID about an hour ago and it shows my check is there!!! 🤗🙌🏾🤑 I’m so happy for the wait to be over. stay patient out there if you haven’t received it it will come. let’s see how the third round goes if it ends up happening and I know they better not put us through this BS again

That is awesome to hear it’s bringing my hope back I was beginning to get discouraged I’m in Texas so I felt like that’s the reason why we didn’t receive it on the actual date or early like someday but that we would for sure get it by Friday the latest. But thanks for the update

I just checked informed delivery again to show my son. there is now a picture of the envelope ,from dept of treasury Philadelphia office, which is my check!!!

I live in georgia and have Gmp date for Feb. 2. I just checked my informed delivery and it says important mail for economic impact payment is arriving soon!!! Hope that means in getting check today!! Good luck to you all!!

I’m so glad to hear that some of you had your checks delivered early. For some reasons it would not let me post yesterday. but I did not receive mine early I’m hoping to get it today and if not I have true hope it will come by the end of the week. Thanks to this forum I decided to check get my payment (my stimulus was sent to a closed account last month) it said a check would be mailed tomorrow 2/2. I checked my ID and it is coming today! It has tomorrow’s date so have to wait to cash it but as long as I have it. I am happy I am getting it before filing too because I don’t it to mess up my taxes so now I don’t have to claim it.

I wouldn’t mind waiting to cash it either as long as it’s in my possession too. my ID normally doesn’t show until 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning so hopefully I will have some good news for y’all if not let’s keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow

Mine was sent out by mail the first time after being sent to a closed account.

When GMP updated it said mailed 4/24 but I got it 4/23 and had to wait to cash it because it was post dated for 4/24

Here’s hoping that happens again! I wouldn’t mind waiting to cash it as long as I have it in my possession

Mrs.thomp now that I see they’ve got two batches they’re sending them out in it gives me a lot of hope that it’ll be like normal mail, since usps won’t be over loaded with all these checks at once ya know?

I seen somebody else post that on a different thread that it came early for their first stimulus as well. I surely hope so just seeing how long the people waited for the 1/6 mail out date my hopes really aren’t that big on it. and also yeah I see people having a mail out day of 2/5 mines says 2/2 so let’s see what happens

My TT card is not closed either and I received my first stimulus on it just fine. I too updated my bank info on that TT link but I did not receive the email… I just clicked on the link on one of the chat forums on here. Transcript and Get my payment both updated a few days ago with a check being sent 02/02/2021. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it arrives quickly.

I just really don’t want to be in the same situation people were for the 1/6 mail out. They are just now getting their checks that’s like a whole two to three week wait which I am in no position to be waiting. I’m hoping they got it together now and mails out within the usual 3 days and we have it by Friday February 5th.

The thing for me is my account is not closed I use it everyday. and when TurboTax had the chance for you to update your direct deposit info I put my same account info that they already had. But I guess the update didn’t work if you didn’t get the initial email from them
