Filed IS electronically and accepted 2/12. Unfortunately I made an error on our return involving the Stimulus payment. Anyway after seeing no movement on WMR or transcripts since March 5, I see my refund approved for 5/21!!! Code 846 on transcript and I now have TWO bars on WMR!! So happy I just had to share with you all! It’s so discouraging to see no movement for months but I’m thrilled to see my IS claim was approved. WooHoo!

Update! My informed delivery is showing I have a check in the mail instead of direct deposit.

My WMR updated too! Says send by direct deposit to bank on May 21st. Which is good. The only thing is when I filed I chose paper check since that is what was recommended by H&R Block. So, I wonder if I will really get direct deposit and they are using my DD information from last year.

This gives me hope!! I filed and was accepted Feb 18, 2021, As of date May 10, 2021 made an error in calculations and got a notice stating my tax refund would be 100.00 more!! now if I could just get that 846 I would be so happy, oh yeah filed electronically with IS form included.

@robcry2020 I still don’t know what the error was. I used the online Block application to do our taxes and I thought I answered all the questions correctly but I think I didn’t include the most recent stimulus because it occurred in 2021 so I thought it would be dealt with on next years taxes. That reduced our refund from $2265 to $1165. I still think it’s wrong to have something that occurred in the current tax year appear on last years tax form but I don’t know.

@lisae what error did you make on the stimulus claim? I had an offset for the 1st stimulus because of husband’s child support but was told I still had to claim I received the whole stimulus. Was I wrong to do that and should have only claimed the half we received?
