I was thinking us with ddd 2/27 could post here when our refund hit our account. I was looking at post from people with ddd 2/22. Some of them didn’t get there refund deposited today. I was hoping mine hit my account before 2/27, but based off the ddd 2/22, it’s not looking good.

I think the ACH process was one day late for some banks because of the holiday this last week. Like Nathan said, though, it is weird that they still wouldn’t get them processed by DDD. Hard to say what happened since it has been a weird year for the IRS and it landed on a week with a federal (banks are closed) holiday, but I have seen a ton of people get their deposits, so I am pretty sure those who didn’t yet will tonight/early morning.

It really depends on what bank you use. Many banks that offer prepaid cards will credit the deposit as soon as they are aware of incoming funds. Most big name banks will wait until the funding date on your electronic check (ACH deposit). All banks get notifications of incoming funds a few days before the deposit date because of how ACH works. It is really up to the bank on whether or not they credit your account on the ACH note or not. I am not to familiar with credit unions but I believe they function the same way. All in all; some will, and some won’t. You should have the funds available no later than your DDD. If not, call your bank and ask them if there is an issue.
