I have been checking every couple of hours as i worked tonight and I was completely FLOORED this morning when I saw an 846 at the bottom of my account transcript. Was NOT expecting an update since I’ve been getting my hopes up nonstop but today I am absolutely shocked to say my refund released. 84 days in! In case it helps someone just arriving in the room… I filed 1/20, accepted 1/21, got a 570 the first week of February with an as of date of 2/16, the next week I got a 971 with an as of date of 2/23 then on valentines day i got a cp05 saying they would be done by 4/9. That day came and went. At one point i faxed my 1095 from the marketplace even though it was always correct but with a note that let them know they had not carried over the amount for september in my return transcript and to let them know that, although it didn’t seem to be affecting the math. I did have an ACA credit however. I had gotten a TA who said it could be June and wanted a bunch of wage information and a hardship verification so I decided to wait it out and get a referral after seeing if anything happened 4/9. Then I decided to hold out again until today because I figured the lines would be swamped with other cp05 4/9 callers. My as of dates at the top changed on Friday from 2/23 to 4/27, then back again that night to 2/23…. then no change to wmr and haven’t had bars since early February. And here is finally my 846 with a May 4 issue date which I assume will be Friday or Monday for deposit and wmr should update tonight. I sincerely hope some of my other fellow hostages also wake up to good news today.
