      Irs changed my filing status to single for second stimulus check. My husband and I filed Jointly for 2019, but when I check my transcript it has my status as single. I received a check in the mail, but my husband did not and GMP says that it doesn’t have enough information for him for the second check. I was just wondering if anyone knows why my status was changed to single, when we have always filed jointly.

          Mine did that too yesterday morning it had my stimulus info on my account transcript now it’s all zeros and status changed to single but I have been married filing joint for 9 years now.🤷

            My status was changed too. Ive never filed as single and I don’t know anything about filing for stimulus. This is the first year I’ve ever seen anything like this under my name. Ive searched all over and I see a couple of others asking but no one is answering. I guess we will know soon enough.
