Just got off the phone with them, finally got someone to actually research. Apparently my verification letter was mailed on the 14th. Sucks, but I guess at least I now know something.

Just call back you’ll get in the que eventually. I called got a hold of someone she put me on a hold then disconnected after I had been in hold an additional 10 minutes. I’m currently on hold again.

My brother and I both are waiting. I was accepted on 1/22 and he was accepted on 1/28. We are both on the same processing message. His transcripts can be accessed for the last 2 weeks and have every good code BUT the DD one. I dont have access to mine. I know its irrelevant, but im guessing im a 20190405 and he is a 20190505.

So I called. The automated system said, and I quote, “Due to the extremely high call volume we are not able to take your call at this time, please try again tomorrow.” Then I was disconnected.
Notice they didn’t say, high call volume, they said extremely high….

What does it tell you when you try to check your transcripts? I have been able to check mine for almost 2 weeks now, and they have every code but the DD code.

Previous years I’ve always gotten my deposit before any update so I’m really hoping I see something drop tomorrow.

If anyone filed thru turbo tax and have fees taken out, you can check their banks site to see when they receive your refund. I’m sure it’ll be more current than the WMR bullshit.

My mom has been working for the IRS for over 15 years, and even with that type of leverage they still won’t tell me a dang thing until it’s been 21 days. But you know what, I’m going to take one for the team and call these fools and repost after my 2-3 hour wait on the phone.

Just updated to “still being processed” from being one bar, this morning.

I read on another thread that someone updated to still processing and then got a Direct deposit date for 2/25 the next day. That was a good scenario, bad scenarios included ID verify, incorrect information on the return etc…
I was was patient and optimistic up until today. Now anything can happen.
