@Tia Batiste I don’t like to be an alarmist but this sounds like a little bit of trouble. They are probably doing a manual review to sort everything out. It might not take too long. If everything is in order, there shouldn’t be anything more than an annoying delay. Let’s hope for the best.

@Tim most likely you are just not done processing yet. Usually they don’t release transcripts till they are complete, but the IRS screws up sometimes and you can get a blank transcript. Sounds like this may be the case for you. Give it 10 days from the day you originally ordered before trying to order your transcripts again. Hopefully you will get your refund before you get to that point and you won’t have to worry about this stuff again till next year. :)

Omg. I have the same issue. It showed it was accepted and processing. Even checked where’s my refund site and it was pulling up fine. Recently I tried to check and it said incorrect information. I tried checking my account transcripts for 2016 and it says no file submitted. Weird. I had to file a late return but I filed the late return on 1/27. That’s 3 days after I filed 2016. The late 2015 tax return is submitted and I realized on the wmr website if I put in the amount of the 2015 return it would pull up. So I’m not sure if my 2016 is filed because if u call IRS. They are trying to rush you off the phone and they are saying it’s nothing they can do until after 21 days. Filed with turbo tax. Called them to make sure everything was good on their end and they stated everything is submitted. Can someone help us!! Lol
