      Has anyone seen anything on the Republic Bank website if their refund has been received yet with both EIC&ACTC? I filed with tax act n opted the fees to b taking out.

                My refund is in my acct. as of 2:30 est. I had a ddd from the IRS for 2/15 and Republic delivered. I did not have EIC or ACTC so I was not delayed because of path.

                  If anyone going through republic bank please update here if anything changes for y’all overnight or in the morning or if u get a text they have released ur money I’m dealing with PATH so trying to figure out when I’ll see my DD. My cycle code is 20170405 and processing date of 2/13/17….
                  Fingers crossed for good news early morning..

                      @Amanda maybe they can’t say anything yet because of the Path. I’m sure their calls are recorded. It’s weird that they stated tomorrow afternoon specifically tho. Maybe you do have a pending deposit! I hope so!!

                        So I just called and all the lady said was that they acknowledge my return and to call back tomorrow afternoon since the PATH prevents anything until the 15th….

                        Any thoughts on that??

                                  Good news. I just talked to Ben in KY. At republic bank. He sees my refund and for release tomorrow. It does not show on website due to Path Act.

                                      I filed through Jackson Hewitt (which I will never do again) and they use Republic also. I have been able to log in and check. They received my state refund but took it for damn fees!! That angered but I am waiting on my federal. I have EIC and am waiting due to PATH. Filed and accepted 1/25. Transcripts ordered 1/30 and PATH message on WMR on 1/31.

                                            MY ddd is scheduled for tomorrow 2/15. I checked republic’s website @ 10:30 and it says no refund received for my social security number. I called their number and it says my refund was received with the correct amount, they took their fees and sent it tom my bank. So hopefully it is there tomorrow morning. Try calling if you haven’t already. 866-581-1040

                                              Same thing happened to me. I filed with Liberty which uses Republic to deduct my fees. I called and she said that Jackson Hewitt, Liberty and TaxAct customers will not show up on their site because they use them to deduct fees but not as a tax solution. Um…. does that make sense to anyone? She said she just could not help me. Very strange.

                                                    @Jerry I’ve tried logging into the republic website as well and it says the same thing for me. I remember it did the same thing last year and I had to call to ask why and next thing you know I was able to log in. I’m gonna try that today .

                                                      Amanda you won’t see anything pending on the Republic website. I’ve filed Taxact and had fees taken out of refund and sent to Republic since 2013. As soon as they receive the money they’ve always taken their fees and tax act fees and then released the funds to my bank immediately and thankfully mine goes to a prepaid card and they also release all funds immediately.
