Filed w/ HRBlock and fees taken out?

Filed 2/6 and got accepted an hour later. I have a DDD of 2/18. I used H&R Block and had fees taken out. As of today I haven’t seen anyone in the situation say they’ve had anything pending. Anyone in the same boat?? Or is there a way to find out if HRB has received it to take out their fees?

I filed with H&R Block and had fees taken out as well. Mine was accepted on 2/08 and I had a ddd of 02/18. No pending transactions with my bank as of yesterday so I was concerned, however I woke up this morning and poof the money was in my bank!!!

Update: Got the email at 2:30 this morning that they were beginning the process of depositing my refund. It could take 3-5 days which sounds ridiculous!

Ddd 2/18 emerald card w fees taken out deposit just went into my emerald card! Check your cards and see you guys next year!

I do not have an Emerald Card. It’s going into my personal bank account and as of 8pm CTS time, I have nothing pending in my bank account and I still haven’t received an email from H&R Block saying they have received my funds. I’m not liking this at all. I agree, this will be my last year with H&R Block. I’m not a happy customer at all.

If you want to get anywhere call not hnr block but the bank your emerald card is attached to which is BOFI federal bank, do not bother asking the reps, instead have the reps transfer you to the accounting department and they can look at the account and tell you if its pending, whether there are any offsets, what the amount is, and the date it will go through. 8772478002 ask for accounting department (make sure you have your account number and routing number which is in your tax return paperwork you were given.

I don’t think I’ll be using them again. I’ll go back to Turbo Tax

I’m in the same boat. I’ve used H&R Block for several years and I’ve always received my refund a day or two early, but not this year. I have nothing pending in my bank and I haven’t received the email H&R Block usually send out when they have received your refund from the IRS. So at this moment I don’t know what to think or how to feel about this.

You can call hr block customer care and they will tell you if your fees have been taken out yet…mine have not. I have ddd 2/18 filed with hr and have fees coming out. If anyone is in the same situation please update with any info

HRBlock is Terrible !!!! They use Bank of Internet not SBBT so there is no way to check online.

The Rep I spoke with said my refund is due to be deposited on 2/19. They couldn’t tell whether I’d been approved or not.

I spoke to a sup who supposedly escalated a ticket to have someone with more access call me today sdo thery cash tell me where my refund is….

At this point it’s probably easier to call the treasury dept.. I called at 8:30 am est and they hadn’t released my refund yet.

Praying I have it when I wake up.
