Filed & Accepted 2/1…No Movement..An Ideas?

I filed and a was accepted 2/1/2017. WRM said on 2/2:
We have received your tax return and it is being processed.

“If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. Processing may take longer under certain circumstances.

Last year I was accepted on 3/23 and received my refund on 4/6.
Why is it taking so long this year? I did not have any of the PATH ACT credits.

I can only order my account transcript as of 2/10/2017. I cant log into the IRS transcript online, so I had to have it mailed. Apparently my phone number due to a freeze I put on my credit because someone hacked my Crap One account, didn’t have a security phone number on it, I could not verify. So they are sending my a verification pin or something for the online access.

What do you think is the hold up? Is there a number I should call? I tried the ext 652 number and got nowhere. What would you do? How long from account transcript access to return transcript release?

Well I evened out for state, and I checked that today and it was processed through. So I guess all was well on that end.
I also filed turbot tax.

My sister filed TT on 1/27 and received her DDD approval on 2/10 for dd 2/15, and saw it last night. So I am guessing and hoping that maybe we will see ours on the 22nd if you go by the weekly theory.

Similar situation….
– I do have ACTC (have had PATH Act credits for years)
– no locks on my credit reporting
– never had any return issues in prior years

2/1 : Filed and accepted (filed with TurboTax)
2/2 : WMR showed 1 bar
2/3 : WRM bars disappeared and left with “Your tax return is still being processed.”, “A refund date will be provided when available.” and Tax Topic 152, Refund Information link
2/3 – current : NO change

I’ve never got the PATH message,
I cannot order online transcripts (get technical error msg)
I cannot order mail transcripts
I have NOT received anything in the mail requesting information

I did receive my state return a week ago though
