Filed 6th of feb, not accepted until 13th with H and R

Ok, so , im just makin a topic to see if any others are about the same time. I have the child credits and all the goodies. So i filed on the 6th of feb got a email a week later on the 13th saying congratulations the irs has accepted your return and are preparing your refund for direct deposit. On the wheres my refund irs site im still at the first bar, i can’t get my transcript online? Also my state got accepted on the 6th (illinois) . i did get a emerald card with $500 loaded on it before i left H and R . im thinking they charged me 400$ for services . but in all reality its ok. So its been 2 weeks for state and NOTHING and 1 week for federal and nothing. Anyone else still about the same dates at me? Plus im with Regions bank for dd..
