i was able to order my transcripts with my new address and was able to order my return transcripts. those who are in similar situation and was able to order return transcripts today will get a DDD of probably monday-wednesday.

Stuck on “no return found” until 2/7.
Now WMR shows accepted.
Tried to order transcripts a couple days ago and it told me they were not available. Successfully ordered a few minutes ago. Hoping this is good news. Last year we got our refund deposited on a Wednesday and WMR updated with a DDD date the following Saturday. Very frustrating.

Tried to check transcripts today, but wasn’t able to see them online bc I have no credit card, loans, etc. Had to chose the mail option. Does this mean I will just have to wait until they come in the mail to see a DDD code? Also, how long do they take to recieve via snail mail?

P.s. Apparently there is a limit on the amount of times you can check WMR each day.. oops! Lol

Angelica, that means your return is not done processing yet. When you can see both types of transcripts, they contain code 846 and give a refund amount, that means your return is done processing and you can check the code against the ones in the cycle code pinned post. The fact that you can view your account transcript is positive. Provided you have no offsets or special credits that might slow things down, you should see some type of update soon.

I’m a little confused on viewing transcripts and what it means. We filed on 2/3/17; accepted same day. There has been no movement since then, only 1 bar and Topic 152. Our Return Transcript and and Record of Account Transcript say N/A for 2016, but I can view the one that says Account Transcript, but not sure what it means. It has our info and a date of 2/27/17, but the amounts are $0 and The Code Explanation says “No Tax Return Filed” Help, plz. Thanks in advance.

Not sure why my mother-in-law got a ddd before my dad since I filed his first. Makes no sense.
