Filed 1/24, Still awaiting acceptance…

I filed with Tax Act at noon on Jan. 24th and still have the message “Awaiting Acceptance”. Every other year my returns were accepted within 24 hours. I haven’t heard ANYTHING through email or text. Is anybody else in this boat? How much longer until they let me know either way? The wait time for customer support with Tax Act was 2.5 hours!

No EIC or ACTC on my return.

  Tried on turbotax, and return was accepted within an hour. Had used TaxAct for a decade. Will never use it again. Thanks!
