      So it seems ppl who had fees take out of their refunds are having a delay on receiving their funds. Please state whether you have or have not received your refund and did you pay fees up front or not.

      Approved 1/29
      I was under review
      DDD 3/4 verified with irs this morning
      No money received yet to my turbo tax intuit debit card. My fees were not paid upfront. They will be deducted from my refund.

          @zilla zillz did you pay upfront or have the fees deducted from your refund?

            I was under 60 day review.
            Got DDD for 3/4
            Filed for free with TaxAct
            As of 10:35 Hawaii time, no update to sent on WMR
            & no money in my local bank..
            Calling IRS now to make sure it was sent.
