February 20 Processing date

So does this mean I add 4 days to Feb 20 which is Feb 24?

I am completely fed up this year with the IRS and their new rules. I have been filing the same kids for 7 years wtf!!! And my friend’s co-worker has the ACTC and has a DDD of Feb 8!

@Tom does that mean released by the IRS or our bank? Like can they send it to your bank with a deposit date of Feb 15th? I know my husbands paycheck gets sent early but isn’t released into our account until the actual date.

I’ve been hearing about processing dates before the 15th, I even had someone bring their transcript to me that shows a processing date of the 13th. I called the IRS to get clarification, and basically processing dates me nothing. No refunds will be released prior to the 15th. They can process earlier, but by law, they cannot be released until Feb 15th,

Law state February 15th, and it’s just around the corner. Your friend won’t be getting anything before the 15th don’t believe everything you hear. I know it sucks but try not to think about it and pretty soon you’ll have it in your account. I am in the same boat, going to have to wait till maybe the 27th since I filed just a couple days ago.
