Faxing 1095A

So somebody in Miami used my information to get health insurance thru the marketplace I don’t even understand how that even happens I’m n Ohio I don’t even need a 1095A because I have a 1095C so my refund is being held until
I fax this over Now I haven’t gotten the damn letter yet I found all this out this morning from the tax advocate ppl I’m hoping it’s a quick fix and I’ve already started the fraud process But I want my mf refund and I need that Fax number Anybody have the fax number to fax in the “1095 the irs keeps telling me wait on the letter NO I want to fax over My I formation clearly showing Me and All my kids had insurance so they can release or money and Hopefully whoever stole my information goes to Jail!!

OMG, the SAME thing is happening to me. Someone in Miami used my info for insurance and the IRS is asking for a 1095-A. I was told by an IRS rep to fax a statement explaining everything that has happened along with the 1095C from my job. The fax number on the letter sent by the IRS is 855-592-7588 if you still need it. Good luck! This is the most frustrating thing!
