O am late receivingmy federal income tax refund and in filing my state income tax. Is my account number the same as my debit card number?

I got my deposit on my rushcard on the 16 th last year. DDD of 2/23. This year I don’t have my deposit but I have a DDD of 2/22. Hopefully the irs just haven’t sent the deposits with all these dates falling on a weekend and then Monday being a holiday. I’m hoping they get sent Tuesday! I’m patiently waiting. If nothing else I know I’ll have it Friday!

You are an 05 so a weekly. Your transcript updates should happen on Fridays and WMR on Saturdays. Since pATH is holding us all hostage I’m hoping people start to see updates this Friday/Saturday and starting next week.

I ordered them by mail last week and haven’t received them yet. I also asked for a code to access my online account and haven’t received that either. Last year I remember I had my refund on my rushcard before wmr even updated with a ddd. I randomly checked my card and started jumping up and down. Hahahahaha.

I have a rushcard and. I got my refund on the 16th last year when my ddd was 2/22. As soon as the irs releases the deposit rushcard posts it right away. I am EIC ACTC and no deposit on my rushcard yet. I filed 1/11 accepted 1/22.

They will start processing PATH filers on 2/15. I think the IRS was cushioning themselves by saying first DDD for PATH filers will be 2/27. We are all waiting to see if they start posting DDD before the 27th. No one with PATH will get DD before the 15th

Dang he/she was right. Apparently as soon as they receive notice of an incoming ACH they will immediately front the funds. I would guess that they where notified of a scheduled deposit for next-week and they went ahead and posted the funds. Congratulations, next year I will be getting myself a rush card and I have a traditional bank account lol. It sucks to wait, i know all about it. Even if i walk into my bank with a check from my employer they will make me wait for the check to clear before posting the funds where as pre-paid cards do not. Congratulations again this defiantly gives me hope but you probably wont see this message because i assume just like everyone else you probably hauled ass the second that refund hit! Send some my way LMAO I need a drink.

Some banks advance deposits before the ACH process completes, that’s all it is. I use a GoBank account for my direct deposits for this reason, but there are many options.

I’m not bitter.. I’m just stating facts… a prepaid card, credit union, or bank doesn’t control the IRS. The IRS sends the money and it’s up the the bank to post it.
