Extra Fees being taken on SBTPG

EVERYONE PAY ATTENTION UNDER OTHER FEES ON SBTPG, THEY ARE CHARGING EXTRA FEES IN ADDITION TO WHAT YOUR TAX PREPARER RECEIPT SAYS. THEY PULLED THIS LAST YEAR AS WELL!!!

  Last year on this forum a lot of people where talking about the extra fees and turbo tax was refunding them. I also had the extra fees last year and messaged Sbtpg and they took the fees off. But I was unaware that it was taxes for the tax product. Thanks for the info

  The fees that you see are taxes on your purchase and a tax refund processing fee.

  I believe the extra fees are actually sales tax on the tax product itself. Mine does this every year. The tax product is taxed with sales tax but doesn’t show up until you get your refund.
