      Okay, so my husband mom file on the 23 and receive her today. My husband auntie file the 25th and receive her today. I file on the 19th and only one bar and nothing. Everyone who file early haven’t seen their bar move or get their refunds. Why is that the people who file early haven’t receive anything but the people who file almost at the end of the month receive theirs ???? Anyone else noticing that
