I spoke with the someone at the Irs today regarding my refund I filed 1/25/18 accepted same day called 2/14/18 to see why my status hadn’t changed from your tax return is still being processed with the 152 and missing bars I was told I was under review and to wait 45 days if I didn’t receive a letter or refund by April 1st to call back. Well I spoke with a very informal lady and she was able to let me know that my return was received 1/31 and that it actually finished processing on 2/24 but she saw where a letter was being mailed to me March 12th letting me know basically my refund was being reviewed. I asked if I would receive a update or anything b cause apparently I’m done processing she went on to say just check Wmr yada yada yada

Have you reached out to your taxpayer advocate for your state? If the delay would cause you financial hardship as defined them then you should be able to get your DDD sooner, usually within a week or two at the latest.

i filed on the jan 22, accepted jan 23. called feb 23rd they told me i should have my money feb 27th. i didn’t get it. i called feb 28th and they told me i am under a 45 day review and i dont need to do anything but wait. they said i dont have a letter or anything. im just getting reviewed. asked them if i was being audited, the lady said no. just wait. so im just waiting….
