If you are trying to check your status at https://www.irs.gov/refunds — and you enter your information, submit and a page basically saying they couldn’t find you and to RE-ENTER YOUR INFORMATION comes up— stay calm, you can do any of these th8ngs and it will work eventually —- go to your PC and try, your laptop, your phone, download a different browser on your phone if you don’t have more than one and TRY NOW. It must be a glitch but it happens to me too, and I initially just did what I have been telling everyone to do and I can access my stuff.

It happens everyday I check, at different times. Just keep trying. I downloaded Ad Block browser in the Google play store and it usually works, and it blocks the irritating ads from this website.

Make sure you’re entering your fed amount only. I was adding my fed and state and wondering why I was getting that message.
