Error resolution??

      Just got off the phone and the agent was definitely not happy today. He said I was in error resolution and to wait another 3 weeks for a letter or a refund. I feel like he made that timeline up – has anyone else been through or is in error resolution and what timeline did they give you?

      Filed TT accepted 2/11
      N/A no TT 152 anymore

          I called. The guy tried to hang up on me, then told me I was fine and just wait til next Friday. I know I’m not fine, I made a mistake on my return, so that’s bullshit. They’re all liars.

              I spoke to an agent early this morning. She said she could see my return, reviewed it while on a 20 minute hold. Said she couldn’t see a problem with it, but it had been forwarded to error resolution and to allow up to 10 weeks before calling back! WTH!!!!!

                There is no error resolution. They tell you this to get you off the phone and not call back. I’m not even going to try to call them. I was accepted 2/11 and have the still processing and transcript saying NA.

                  I found out yesterday that I am also in the error resolution black hole. The tax advocate said it’s been there since 2/16, but has not been flagged for anything and no letters have been sent to me. WTH? Sitting there for 3 weeks almost for what appears to be no reason. I also filed with TT.

                    I was also told i was in the errors dept last week. Turbotax reps are acting like they never heard of this massive glitch that has happened to earlyfilers. Accepted feb 11th. Put in error resolution hold box…but paid to make sure i would have no errors and could get expert help if i needed it. Definitely filing for free next year.

                    On a brighter note…those who can access their transcripts are starting to see dd dates…cant see mine so i dont know if im included in that.

                      I called Monday and the lady I spoke to who’s name had 23 letters was a real whore but people on here have said it’s the “AIRS” department? She said call back in 3 weeks so that time line tracks but the fact they’re giving us no information is making me sick.

                        Paranoid. I have always wondered that but if they did that it could cost then their jobs. I’d kill for that job. Sit on my huge ass and get mad when people call and ask me to do my job.

                                  Also, the agent was really nasty with me – can he do anything to flag my return in a bad way since I called or am I paranoid?
