      Did anyone else have their tax preparer use eps and now cant talk to anyone at all to ask anything at eps? This is insane. My stimulus payment was deposited into their account that they used to deduct my refund advanced. I called drake software which is the product used by EPS, the lady stated that banks will be sending payments back to the irs for a check to be sent. Why can’t they send it to our accounts?
