I have the Emerald Card from HRB this year.
My card is no longer active and all info on account is incorrect as of 10:30 Am 2/17/2017.
Yesterday everything was fine, now they cannot find my card information anywhere. Told me I needed to order a new card and would be here in 5/7 business days. Then told me to call local office.
When I spoke to local office they said this has been happening for the last few days as deposits have been rolling in. They said they will call me back to help resolve the issue.So my warning……..Call your card and see if it has been deactivated, the funds will not show up in your account if it has been.
This is so frustrating.
