      Hello, does anyone have experience with the emerald advance? I was told the payback would come out of my federal. But now I’m getting mixed messages. Will it be coming out of my state refund if that comes first? Thanks in advance.

              They are going to take it I am livid too they lied straight to my face never going to hr block again they can say bye to this 450.00 they charge its ridiculous anyway and on top of that y’all wanna play us

                  Hello Amy, I was looking on here to try and find the answer to the same question. Have you found anything out yet? I was told the same thing by my hr block lady. I have a ddd of 2/08 for my state refund. Today I heard from another source that they’ll take the state if it comes first. I was absolutely livid. I called every corporate number I could find for hr block and tore each and every person a new one for the misinformation. I could have filed my state for free straight through my states dor site. The ONLY reason I let hr do it was specifically because the tax preparer told me that my state would not be touched and it would all come from my fed only. Now I’m expecting my state and I don’t think I’m gonna get it.
