      This is from December 2016:
The IRS will begin to release EITC/ACTC refunds starting Feb. 15. However, the IRS cautions taxpayers that these refunds likely won’t arrive in bank accounts or debit cards until the week of February 27

Where’s My Refund? ‎on IRS.gov and the IRS2Go mobile app will be updated with projected deposit dates for early EITC /ACTC refund filers a few days after Feb. 15.

I agree with MikefromOhio. They usually give a few extra days just in case. My gut says it will be next week sometime. I’m hoping for sooner but I figure around the 23rd. Of course this is only my opinion.

They also say it will be 21 days for everyone else and issue refunds in days. They always leave room for unexpected delays because they know how people would react if they said everyone would have their money in 5 days. Anyone who didn’t see it in their account on day 5 would call in and their phone system would go down, which I think actually happened last year if I remember.
