Per turbotax my refund was accepted the day I filed 1/19/18, DDD on TT says 2/9/18 but it was incorrect last year.. Last year, same credits claimed & I filed on 1/12/16 (accepted same day) and received deposit on 2/21/17. Not expecting a deposit this year until around the 20th of Feb. Just my two cents ;)

I wish they’d take off the PATH message and just give us the DDD even if it is 2/27. At least then we’d know instead of being in the dark.

@Happytaxmus Not all the people with EIC or ACTC with an early DDD got their refund withheld even though they had the offset topic. Some said their refund still went in their account, others said the topic disappeared from WMR. Even though I’m showing the offset topic, I’ve called the TOP number and the agency with my student loan, neither is showing they are taking my refund. My transcript doesn’t show the offset either. I would think since my return has been processed and shows the refund issued Code that it won’t change, but we’ll see I guess.

Wishing you all a great outcome 👍 Last year did teach us however if you owe the IRS or any Treasury debts child support student loan ECT…All bet’s are off because they will definitely process your refund and take what is owe…. Never mind the PATH ACT we seen more pathers get early ddd and they all had one thing in common debts all I’m saying would be nice to owe a buck or two and beat the path but I did OK last year I received my ddd 2/20 but I think I got it 1 day earlier. Smooches 😘

Filed 01/19 WITH EITC! Just checked WMR and says it’s APPROVED and DDD will by 01/31/2018!!! I HOPE HOPE HOPE this gives you hope. I’m trying not to get too excited since I didn’t think w/ the EITC we’d see ANYTHING until 02/15 at the earliest. Here’s to us hard workers who could USE A DANG BREAK :o)
