EIC AND ACTC FILERS

So… Anyone that has filed for EIC or ACTC have you been issued an 846 code on account transcripts yet? I still don’t have one and I am growing crazy impatient… Is there hope?

I do NOT believe that anyone that is affected by the PATH act and has had their transcripts for at least a week, will have the 846 code. I may be wrong but if those refunds are being held due to EIC and/or ACTC you wouldn’t show the 846 code. I filed and accepted 1/25. Was able to order BOTH transcripts on 1/30. I have a processing date of 2/13 and cycle of 20170405. My return is complete and my transcript does NOT have the 846 code. I am affected by the PATH act. I am no expert but I am noticing it on alot of threads that most people who are affected and have had their transcripts for a week, have no 846 code.

@Dani217: That isn’t what it would say next to the 846. No one with EIC has gotten their refund released because of PATH.

150 tax returned filed
766 credit to your account
768 Eic credit
846 overpaying credit

Cycle date2/13/2017

@Dani217: If you had the 846 on your transcript you would have received your refund already. What are all of the codes listed on it?

I got one. I filed on 1.24 was accepted 1.24 could order my transcripts on 1.30 I received them earlier this week. They have a processing date of 2.13.2017 by the 846 code it has the date 2.13.2017.. Hope that helps. Not sure when my DDD will be but that’s the info I have on my account transcript
