Sorry to double post, but after it updated last night. I am now able to order my return transcript. Hopefully soon it will at least let us know our DDD, but most likely it will be 2/27 for most of us

A little information I found that help me get a better understanding.
Here’s a little information that I hope is helpful to us that are waiting for our deposits. I copied the information below from the website posted.
http://www.cpapracticeadvisor.com/news/12370552/2018-irs-income-tax-refund-chart-when-will-i-get-my-tax-refundBut every year it seems like the income tax refund schedule is changed. In 2017, for example, returns with the earned income tax credit (EITC) or additional child tax credit (ACTC) were delayed by the IRS in order to deter fraud. For the 2018 income tax filing season, taxpayers with those tax credits can also expect the same delay.
The chart below offers a general guide for when taxpayers should receive their income tax refund, based on when they filed, when the IRS accepted their return, and whether they are receiving a direct deposit of the refund or a paper check. For a more specific determination of when you might receive your refund, ask your tax professional or visit the IRS “Where’s My Refund?” website.
There are also apps for Apple, Android and other devices that help track refund status.
Note: The IRS will start processing most returns on January 29, but will not start processing returns with the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until mid-February 2018.

The IRS will begin processing tax returns on January 29, 2018, for income earned in 2017. In general, the IRS says that returns with refunds are processed and payments issued within 21 days. For paper filers, this can take much longer, however. The IRS and tax professionals strongly encourage electronic filing. -

@Unicorn Kisses
I have been waiting for one of the people claiming to have a DDD with these credits to come back and admit that they were mistaken and you’re the first one I’ve seen. I love that you are a big enough person to admit your mistake! Thank you!

I made a total ERROR. Earlier I shared (I truly did and am very sorry I shared false information) that I got my refund FILING w/ EIC. I have received my refund but DID NOT have the EIC (like I stated before). I have CTC…not ACTC nor EIC.
Just wanted to apologize.

@AndrewT
As the folks that claimed one they have either received a refund or a DDD for one. There has not been one person that claimed both to receive an actual refund yet, they are seeing DDD dates.

@Aksha
Your information is wrong, the IRS is processing all returns they just can’t issue refunds until the 15th. And you will be delayed for claiming EITC OR ACTC. You only have to claim one to be delayed, not both of them.

Where’s My Federal Refund?
Note: Since you’re getting the Earned Income Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS can’t process your refund until after February 15, 2018. The earliest the IRS expects refunds to be available is February 27, 2018 (if you chose direct deposit or a debit card).FYI:
IF YOU FILED BOTH THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY!!!
