Early Filers DD W/O WMR Update

I have seen a lot of people receiving DD and Pending DD in the past 24-48 hours without an update to WMR. I have also seen a lot of theories out there as to who, and why these deposits were happening. Although I know most will receive their deposits and disappear. I still was wondering if there are any early filers that this has happened to.

Praying we all receive our deposits expeditiously!

As a tax preparer my advice is to wait until after the the 10th of Feb to file if your a pather…..unless you want an advance. It will save you all the stress

It’s happening a client of mine got hers yesterday with no update and I just filed hers on 2-11. I filed mine 1-28 and got nothing yet

ya’ll realize that the longer they make us wait for our peanuts, they are gaining interest on it and making money hand over fist? I said it on another post, what our motivation at this point..to file early? THERE ISN’T ONE. The end result is the same each year. The path has to be fixed because its unfair to hardworking families who pay their taxes on time all year.THE PATH ACT IS A PONZI SCHEME, PERIOD. The feds/irs made a killing on that. FOLLOW THE MONEY. Hope we see movement Sat.

Im confused why accept test batches if you are gonna have them sit and allow everything to get backed up anyway. It’s my understanding test batches are ran first to make sure everything is up and running smoothly. So what happens to those already processed returns. It doesn’t t make sense if you ask me. But hey I’m just here waiting like the rest of us.

I filed and was accepted 1/14
Went through all the normal steps
Still on received and processing text.
SBTPG has not received my refund.
I think the IRS is a load of crap, people who filed a few days ago seem to be getting DD and a date for them at least. It doesn’t matter when you file there is no order just seems to be random luck of the draw.

Unfortunately no…i was accepted in test batch on 1/15 and i have nothing…been at path act since 1/27 switched to being processed on 2/16 and nothing since….aggravating when ive seen people getting their money ya know

I got updated to refund approved on wmr this morning bars are back. Didnt get a set ddd though it just says I should have it by the 29th cant log in to check my turbo card so who knows

Yes I have to agree with you on that. Next year I will definitely wait. It seems a lot of people who file a later are getting DD and at least DDD already.

Also, last year I received my DD prior to WMR updating, and the years prior to that I never bothered checking.

Filed and accepted 1/15 and yup, still processing, I think I remember last year people that filed in Feb getting theirs before us too… with the EIC filing early doesn’t help you get your money any faster at all, I think we are waiting till Feb next year.
