I am having fees taken out of my return and got the following message from SBBT

TPG has not received your federal tax refund.
Your expected IRS funding date of 1/1/0001 has passed, and the IRS has delayed the processing of your tax return. Check the status of your refund by calling the IRS at 800.829.1040. If we receive your refund, it will be processed according to your original instructions

Has anybody else gotten the message above when they checked?

I filed on 1/11/16 and accepted on 1/14/16. Still at 1 bar tax topic 152
