Are they processing returns early for testing or not??
Phillyguy215: What in the world? I’m baffled. When did you file and get accepted, if you don’t mind me asking? This is insane how quickly they’re moving through everyone.
Whoop whoop! Just got my DDD of 1/29!!!
Yesterday I was receiving the 1541 Error Code..
Very Strange….but I’ll take it!
After i got the contact IRS 1541 code I called yesterday and this morning WMR says accepted and deposit is on 29
@Mark – I think you have your answer! If you’re following the IGMR Facebook page, you can see a screen shot of the first 2nd bar on WMR. A few lucky users got their DDD, and it’s reported as 1/29!
These are folks who don’t have EIC or ACTC, to be clear. But still! That’s much earlier movement than past years!!
Hi,
I filed via Jackson hewitt and I was accepted on 1/19. I still cannot bill transcripts though- does that mean anything? It shows N/A?
Looking back at 2016, I filed early, and was CREDITED A DEPOSIT on February 9th. The next year, PATH delays took hold, and I was credited on 2/22. With that delay, don’t count on early money (expect the least). With no delays, cross all your digits, and hope the Almighty Tax Gods shine their favor on you.
Best of luck!!!
@Jibbbjawww78: Thank you. That’s what I have been trying to tell people. Early acceptance does not necessary mean early processing. For years I have been thru the same thing (been accepted early for the past few years, always hope for early, but never get it early..) so yeah no early acceptance does not automatically mean being in test batch & being processed earlier.
Not usually. I have been accepted early for the past few years, always hope for early, but never get it early. They won’t process until official opening day, 29th. So it just kind of sits there:/ Best wishes though!
There are early acceptances. Are early deposits a thing as well?
