EARLY Deposit with DD of 02/24/2016

Has anyone gotten the DIRECT DEPOSIT EARLY THAT HAD A DD of 02/24/2016? Post here if you have.. I have my refund going to Amex serve and my bancorp bank card

I filed 1/17 using TT accepted 1/19 bars disappeared 2/7 called tax advocate 2/9 was told I was just pulled for random review called IRS on 2/13 and was told I needed to verify my id verified 2/13 WMR updated 2/20 for DDD 2/24 Santa Barbara Bank received money 2/23 was deposited in my account 2/24 around 3 am. LONG TAX season but there is a end in site. Good Luck to everyone!!

filed and accepted on 2/10
one bar until 2/19 when i go approved and DDD for 2/24
sbbt sent my money on its way early 2/23
refund hit my account (bank not prepaid} sometime between 1am-5am
i didnt stay up past 1am to check but im soo thankful :) with every one getting their DDD then having 1121 and having to have a paper check mailed, i was verryyy nervous..thank you guys for keeping me updated every step of the way :}

This has been a horrible tax season of waiting and holds, and I am glad it’s over.

Filed 2/15 and accepted same day. Direct Deposit Date is today, 2/24 and has been deposited into my TD bank account BUT for the second year in a row my WMR has not updated so always check your bank or wherever your refund will be deposited in instead of just relying on WMR.

As of now HR Block received my return and took there fees out and says “they are in the process of sending it to my account “. WMR still only has 2 bars. My return is not in my account yet. Fingers crossed it is deposited today!

I have a DDD of 2/24. I filed with HR Block on 2/6, supposed to have fees taken out and then DD in my bank account. Nothing in my account this morning and no change on WMR, it is still on 2 bars. I called HRB this morning to see if they had received my refund yet and they had not. I really thought they would have by now. Praying that it is sent tonight. I will be so worried if I don’t have it tomarrow.

Another quick question, this is my first time using the Santa Barbara bank. After you get your refund, does anything else update on their website? I just want to know if I should be looking for something else. My bank doesn’t show pending deposits, just the deposit after its cleared. That’s why I’m asking. Thanks everyone for being so helpful and yay to the ones who have gotten their funds.

Thanks. I called and the automated system said the IRS had deposited my funds to Santa Barbara bank…..so does this means if my refund would have been offset, it would have occurred already? Thats what I would think because if not, the IRS would have to some how request my funds back from the bank they deposited at.

I just called sbbt automated number and it said that they don’t have any information on my account…but I can see it on the website. The only reason I even called is because others have said they called and it says sent 2/24, just wanted to see if mine said the same so I can stop checking my account every 5 seconds.

Now I’m hold with them for who knows how long….

I read on another thread that several people had their funds on their NetSpend card by 10pm the day before the DDD.

I just checked the bank that Tax Slayer uses. I have a DDD of 2/24. This is my first time ever checking my status this way so I am not sure if this is a good thing. It says, “TPG has issued money to you, see payment details below for more information” Then it gives my amount before and after all the tax prep fees. It says the amount and “TPG deposits recieved by IRS”. Also has my routing and checking information on the bottom of it. Praying that its past the point for the Offset to come in. I still don’t want to get my hopes up though. Here is the website I used. I believe Turbo Tax and Tax Slayer use the same banking service center. https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login.aspx

Still waiting for netspend to load. I know usually you have to see a trace number on sbbt before it is deposited. SBBT website looks so different this year, idk if we will see a trace number or where it would be. Anybody else know?

I filed with Taxslayer on 2/5 and was accepted on 2/5 within 15 minutes of filing. Finally got my DDD on 2/20 for 2/24! Fee’s are being taken out through sbtpg and my refund id’s to be deposited into my bank account. As of 11pm tonight Santa Barbara bank still hasn’t received my refund. Fingers crossed we all get it early, although I’ll admit I’m just happy to have a DDD finally and will be perfectly happy getting it on 2/24! Praying for those still waiting for a DDD! Those with the 2/24 dd please keep updating here!

Santa Barbara’s bank is where your refund goes when you file with turbo tax and have fees taken out! you go to their website and go to “for taxpayers” and type in your info just like you do with the wheres my refund on IRS website…

nothing so far but its 11:50PM here and im going to stay up until after midnight just to check and see if its in my account! It would be very nice to get it early but I am just sooo relieved to know that everything is good and i have a DDD..i filed 2/10 and i feel really bad for the ones who filed jan-early feb and still have not got a date :(
i pray everybody has one soon and nothing goes wrong because i know the feeling of waiting lol –i will continue to update and when i get it, youll be the first to know!! i never leave as soon as i get my date or get my refund because i like sticking around to read and help others out if i can…
